4. Deposits & Withdrawals

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

- Game results are final once confirmed by our system. We cannot reverse a completed game round.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
777tez reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include — but are not limited to:
- Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete required identity or payment verification.
- Suspicious activity flagged by our risk management team.
- A self-exclusion or cooling-off request submitted by you.
- Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked dormant.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, your available balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned through your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. We will process closure requests within 5 business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes and credited before closure is finalised.
